TASMIP Spectra Calculator

You can use this application to quickly calculate and visualize the energy spectra for radiation sources used in x-ray imaging such as CT or radiography. The TASMIP algorithm calculates tungsten-anode x-ray spectra for tube voltages varying from 30-140 kVp. Simply choose the tube potential (kVp), filtration material, and filtration thickness. Filtration material/thickness is optional. This app uses the TASMIP algorithm source code on this site.
